An alert has been issued for a 21-year-old Long Island man who is wanted after being arrested for an alleged robbery and later failing to appear in court.
Jason Rivera is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department and Nassau County Court after being arrested and charged with second-degree robbery with the aid of another suspect.
Investigators described Rivera as being 5-foot-8 weighing approximately 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who comes into contact with him has been cautioned by police not to attempt to apprehend or detain him.
Anyone with information regarding Rivera's whereabouts has been asked to contact Nassau County Police investigators by calling 911 or (516) 573-7524.
